Terms & Conditions — mbo88

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" / "mbo88" — the online betting and gaming service operated under the domain https://mbo88.cam, including all sub-pages, applications, and associated services.
• "Player" / "You" — any individual who registers an account on mbo88 and uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" — the personal registered profile created by a Player on the mbo88 Platform, used to place bets, manage funds, and access services.
• "Balance" — the total sum of funds held in a Player's mbo88 Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any credited bonuses (subject to applicable wagering conditions).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by mbo88 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity-verification process mbo88 applies to confirm a Player's identity, age, and residency before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager (stake) on eligible games before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable cash.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on the mbo88 Platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operating hours and transaction timestamps unless otherwise stated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory where use of the mbo88 Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.

To register and use the mbo88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mbo88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes — not on behalf of any third party and not in a professional or commercial capacity.
• You must not be self-excluded from mbo88 or subject to any active account suspension, ban, or restriction imposed by mbo88.
• You must not be located in, or be a national or resident of, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where your access to and use of online gambling services is unlawful.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be under guardianship or legal incapacity under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Player may hold one (1) account only on the mbo88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your account credentials (username, password, security PIN) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify mbo88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your mbo88 Account, whether authorised by you or not, where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the mbo88 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mbo88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for most payment methods. Specific promotions may carry a higher minimum deposit requirement, stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• mbo88 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• mbo88 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours (06:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours or during Indonesian public holidays may experience processing delays.
• All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the Player's name, subject to KYC approval.
• mbo88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. This may extend processing time.
• Funds that have been credited via a bonus and have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

mbo88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below and to any specific terms stated at the point of offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30×"). Players must wager the specified multiple before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all game types contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, live casino, and other game categories may carry different contribution percentages, as specified in individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Abuse: mbo88 reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and void associated winnings where a Player is found to have exploited bonus terms, engaged in matched betting across multiple accounts, or undertaken any other behaviour deemed by mbo88 to constitute bonus abuse.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: mbo88 reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility based on Player activity, deposit history, or geographic location. Not all promotions are available to all Players.
• Modification or Withdrawal: mbo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of Players who have already opted into an active promotion are not materially disadvantaged.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports and game markets on the mbo88 Platform. Specific rules for individual sports, leagues, and game types are published in the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until mbo88 issues an official confirmation to the Player's Account. Bets placed during system outages, odds feed delays, or maintenance windows may be voided at mbo88's discretion.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and vary by sport, league, and bet type. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. mbo88 operates on a "best odds at time of placement" basis — if odds change between selection and confirmation, the Player will be notified.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including: match abandonment, postponement beyond 48 hours, incorrect odds due to a system error, or where mbo88 determines that the integrity of a market has been compromised.
• Live / In-Play Betting: Live betting markets close during key match events (goals, penalties, red cards). mbo88 accepts no responsibility for bets placed on the basis of information that was available prior to such events but not yet reflected in the odds.
• Accumulator / Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win. If one or more legs are voided, those legs are treated as a push (1.0 odds) and the remaining legs stand. This rule may vary for specific tournament markets — check the individual market rules.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the mbo88 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the mbo88 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit any aspect of mbo88's systems.
• Engaging in money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or latency arbitrage to gain an unfair advantage on any market.
• Engaging in systematic abuse of promotional bonuses or referring fictitious accounts for referral bonuses.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents during KYC verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.

All content on the mbo88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "mbo88", logos, design elements, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mbo88 or its licensed third-party providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or system underlying the Platform.
• Framing, mirroring, or scraping any part of the mbo88 Platform without prior written consent.
• Creating derivative works based on mbo88's intellectual property.

mbo88 is committed to protecting the privacy of its Players. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an Account on mbo88, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Identity and contact data collected during Account registration and KYC verification.
• Transaction data relating to deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity.
• Device and session data collected for security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.
• Communication preferences and marketing consent data, where applicable.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary suspension (minimum 1 week) or permanent closure of their mbo88 Account at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During exclusion, all promotional communications are suspended.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold over any defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is automatically restricted for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations. Alerts are triggered when the limit is approaching, and automatic log-out occurs at expiry.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net balance are available on request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbo88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from temporary Platform unavailability, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or technical failures beyond mbo88's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to safeguard their Account credentials or resulting from unauthorised Account access where mbo88 was not negligent.
• Errors in market odds or game outcomes attributable to third-party data feed providers, provided mbo88 acts promptly upon discovery to correct or void the affected markets.
• Any financial, legal, or personal consequences arising from a Player's decision to gamble or access the Platform in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

mbo88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their mbo88 Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mbo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of applicable laws.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts on the Platform.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or match-fixing activity.
• Identification of a duplicate Account held by the same individual.

Upon Account closure for non-fraud-related reasons, mbo88 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any bonuses that remain subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting mbo88 support. Voluntary Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mbo88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved amicably through mbo88's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Complaints Procedure: Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should do so in writing to mbo88's support team at the contact address provided in Clause 15. mbo88 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their country of residence.

mbo88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mbo88 will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice by posting an announcement on the Platform and, where possible, notifying registered Players via the email address on file.

Your continued use of the mbo88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, with its effective date, is always available at https://mbo88.cam/terms-conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
